# TeamViewer Installation

## How To Install TeamViewer:

TeamViewer is used by the GSPro Technical Support team to login to a user’s PC and troubleshoot. TeamViewer is free to use and an industry standard in remote troubleshooting.<br>

1. Please install TeamViewer. This will allow us to log into your PC and take a look.

2. Once you have it installed and running, please send over the Your ID and Your Password
