# GSPro Web Portal

## GSPro Web Portal:

The GSPro Web Portal is a tool that allows players to review rounds, shot data, and other player related information in one convenient location outside of GSPro.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Due note that this project is still in development. UI elements and/or features may be changed/added in the future. If you have any questions or feedback for the portal, please let us know here: <Support@GSProgolf.com>**
{% endhint %}

### Creating A Portal Account:

There are two Web Portal accounts that can be created. If you own a GSPro license key/subscription, please continue through the following steps. If you however do not own a GSPro license key/subscription, please skip to the "Create With Email" section.

### Linking GSPro To Your Subscription/Account:

If you own a GSPro subscription/license key, linking your account to the Web Portal will allow you to view the detailed shot/player data for all players hosted under your PC. Below are the options you can start with in linking your account to the Web Portal.

#### Email Tied To Subscription:

If you'd like to utilize the email address your license key is already tied to, head to this register link: <https://portal.gsprogolf.com/Identity/Account/Register?returnUrl=%2F>

From here, you'll input the "Username" you'll like the as the admin of the Web Portal, the email address tied to your subscription, and lastly create a secure password for the account.

#### Email Not Tied To Subscription:

If the email address you'd like to utilize is not tied to your license key, proceed by attempting to create an account with that separate email address. You'll then be prompted that the email address is not tied to a valid license key, and ask that you input your license key alongside the information you've added.

Once one of the above methods have been completed, an email will be sent to the email address you've utilized to confirm the registered account.

### Create With Email:

If you don't own a GSPro subscription or license key, you can still link your in game player to the Web Portal.

To link your email address of choice to your player, head into the GSPro Players Settings and select your desired player. From here, you can input the email address as seen below. (**Due note**: Be sure to select "Save And Exit" after tying your email address to the player/s for the changes to apply)

Once the above is done, head into the Portal with the following link to register your account using the same email: <https://portal.gsprogolf.com/Identity/Account/Register?returnUrl=%2F> Once your account is registered, an email will be sent to confirm the created account.

### Welcome To The GSPro Portal:

Once logged into the Portal, you'll be represented with the main Welcome Page. Here, you'll be able to navigate the below menus as well as be represented with the following:

* **Last 10 Rounds:** In later referenced settings, you'll select your Portal's "Default Player". The latest completed 18 hole rounds from that player will be shown here for quick reference.

### Player Rounds:

Player Rounds is the first of the two pages you can review. To view your Player Rounds, select the "Analytics" option found at the top left corner of the screen and "Player Rounds" from the dropdown options.

This page's information can be divided into four primary groups:

* **Selected Rounds**
* **Changed Handicap**
* **Round Stats**
* **Scorecard**

{% hint style="success" %}

* **Select your desired player found in the top right corner of the screen to view Player Rounds specific to that player.**
* **If data is not populating as desired, try selecting the small blue Refresh icon adjacent to the player names to refresh any cached data into the portal.**
 {% endhint %}

#### Selected Rounds:

At the top left corner of this menu, you can find a complete list of 18 hole Stroke Play courses completed by the selected player. (Highlighted in grey is the currently selected round the following stats are pulled from)

To view more rounds than just 18 hole Stroke Play select the small "All" golf ball icon adjacent to the slider seen below.

From these selected rounds, you can view the date the round was played, course, game mode, tee box, rating/slope, par, total strokes, handicap, and net score after handicap is applied.

Included with each round selection is the option to view "Shots" or the shot data tied to that round with the forward arrow icon. If you'd like to remove the selected round from your saved rounds, you can also do so with the trashcan icon.
#### Changed Handicap:

In the upper right corner of the page, you'll find a small graph indicating a change in your player's handicap from rounds played. This graph is separated by two metrics:

* Course Score before handicap is applied shown in light grey
* Calculated handicap change after completed round shown in dark grey/black

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Due note that the calculated handicap is a separately calculated number than what GSPro automatically calculates in game. Handicap numbers may vary.**
{% endhint %}

#### Round Stats:

In the middle of the page, you'll find various graphs for specific statistics tied to your round including the following:

* **Strokes Gained:** This graph will separate when strokes were gained/lost from the tee pad, approaching the green, and putting on the green.
* **Fairway On Drive:** This graph represents a percentage of shots that landed within the fairway from your drive.
* **Greens In Regulation:** This graph represents the amount of shots that successfully landed within the green against the average golfer on the same hole.
* **Putts Per Green In Regulation:** This graph represents a percentage of putts needed to hole out against the average golfer on the same hole.

### Player Shots:

The second of the two menus you can view is the Player Shots page. To view Player Shots, select the "Analytics" option found at the top left corner of the screen and "Player Shots" from the dropdown options.

This page can be divided into three primary groups:

* **Course/Game Mode/Date Filters**
* **Trajectory/Scatter Chart**
* **Shot Summary**

#### Course/Game Mode/Date Filters:

At the top of the page, you can filter what shot data is shown on screen by manually selecting the course, Game Mode, and date played.

After manually selecting the courses, game modes, and specific dates you'd like, select the blue "Get Shots" to update your selected filters. The total amount of shots populated after selecting excluding putts will be found on the right side of these options each time "Get Shots" is updated.

#### Trajectory/Scatter Chart:

Found in the middle of your screen are two separate charts. Before reviewing these charts, feel free to select or remove the clubs you'd wish to be displayed by selecting the separate colored clubs shown above the charts.

**Trajectory:** This chart displays the complete height and distance of each shot taken. At the peak height of each shot, you'll find a small dot. If selected, the shot will become highlighted in the Shot Summary graph shown below. To the left of this chart is a small arrow icon. Selecting this icon expands the Trajectory chart between height and distance.

**Scatter:** This chart displays each shot in a top down fashion in line from your set aim point to the total distance the ball travelled. Similar to the above, each dot representing the ball in this chart can be selected. When selected, you'll see the specific shot populated in the Shot Summary graph below.

In between the above two charts are two settings that can altered/enabled:

**Toggle Dispersion Circles:** This option when enabled will create colored grouping around each shot based on club selection.

**Total/Carry:** Depending on if you'd like Carry or Total Distance to be the measured distance, toggle this setting to view the desired option.

#### Shot Summary:

Found at the bottom of the page, you'll find a complete list of the shots and the sent in data tied to them organized by club. This list can either be manually browsed or filtered down into one of the following three categories:

* **All Shots:** With this option enabled, you'll see the complete list of shots and their data. When selected, a small menu of options will be made available on the far right of the Shot Summary:
 * **Select All**: When the two checkmarks are selected, all shots within the Shot Summary will be selected/un-selected.
 * **Select Club**: If you'd like to alter the club tied to a certain shot, select the club in the Shot Summary and select "Select Club". From the dropdown menu shown, select the new club you'd wish to change to and the pencil icon adjacent. After confirming the reassigned club, the shot will be reassigned to that desired club.
 * **Trashcan**: If you'd wish to remove a shot completely from the Shot Summary, select the desired shot from the list and the trashcan icon.

* **Summary:** With this option enabled, the following three categories will be combined into an easily legible list separated by club.
* **Minimum:** With this option selected, you'll only see the shortest distance shot displayed by club.
* **Average:** With this option selected, the portal will take all data from the club/s selected and create/show the average measurements from them.
* **Maximum:** With this last option selected, the further distance shot will be displayed by club.
